GET L.I.T. COUNSELING

Teen girls can receive counseling or therapy depending on their needs. Here are some key differences:

  • Counseling is a short term service (around six months) to address current life problems such as stress, loss/grief, parent/child conflict, self-harm, or adjusting to a new transition.

  • Therapy can be longer but is also centered around more chronic issues associated with diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc.

Parental consent is required and parents must book consultations.

Let’s chat about how to connect your daughter(s) with one of our professional counselors or therapists to help them identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional turmoil, show them how to improve communication and coping skills, strengthen theIr self-esteem, and promote behavior change and optimal mental health.
